I didn't receive my downloads

Downloads are instant after purchase. You do not need to wait to receive an email before you can download your purchases. Simply LOG IN to your account and access your downloads under "My Orders".

If your payment has cleared, but you do not see your order, or you are receiving a message that your order is "Awaiting Payment" or "Incomplete", please contact us. 

I lost my files

Each customer is responsible to back up and secure his or her files as a precaution in the event of hardrive failure or other accidental loss.

We offer a one (1) time reset of your order (excluding orders placed during a Dollar Day Sale).

I failed to download my purchases before they expired

It is the customers responsibility to download his/her order(s) before expiration. Print Candee is comprised of a variety of designers - each designer sets his/her own expiration perameters (which is listed directly below the download link in your account). We suggest downloading your files immediately after purchase.

We offer a one (1) time reset of your order (excluding orders placed during a Dollar Day Sale).

How long is my download link active?

Each designer sets his/her own expiration perameters. Most products on Print Candee do not have expiration dates on them (you have unlimited access). However, since some designers set strict expiration perameters (2-3 days), we suggest downloading your files immediately after purchase.

Our general terms of use are as follows:

Any of the digital images contained on this site (preview images and downloaded products) may not be used and resold as digital images, digital or printed collage sheets, digital scrapbooking kits, image compilation kits or discs, SVG Files, catalog use, image downloads or freebies. You may not Claim any artwork/graphics as your own, altered or unaltered. All copyrights remain with each Designer.  You may not package or resell any of the digital products on this site "As Is" or modified. 

Can you change [fill in the blank] on my graphics for me?

I'm sorry, our products come "AS IS" and we do not offer any customization.  Please see our TUTORIALS page for design learning resources.

There is a white box around my images

Please use the images from the PNG folder, rather than the JPG folder. 

I want to change the colors or sizes of my graphics
