What is the Design Team?
The Print Candee Design Team is made up of graphic designers who create the products found at Print Candee.

What is the Creative Team?
The Print Candee Creative Team is made up of creative individuals who create projects and crafts using the products sold at Print Candee.

Each design team member receives free products each month to use as they create cards, scrapbook pages, crafts and more. At a designated time each month, the Creative Team releases their projects for the public to see. Their designs are posted on our Blog and in our Inspiration Gallery.

Product Usage & Licensing:

What is personal use?
Any project that is used only in a personal way and not for sale.

What is commercial use?
Any project which is intended for sale.

How can I find out how I can use the products?
Each designer has different usage policies. You can read about each designer's policies on our Terms of Use page.

May I Offer Projects I Create Using Your Products as Freebies/Resources to Others?
No. You may only use our products for personal projects (not to be distributed) or for commercial projects. You may not distribute any of our products as a "freebie" or "resource" to others – even if modified. When using Print Candee products for commercial use, you may sell them as is, but must add an image or text to the image.

Ordering & Downloading:

When will I receive my order?
Instantly. You can either download your order(s) from your Account Page or from the links in the email you will receive.

How will I receive my order?
Orders are sent instantly to the email address you provided during checkout.

What if I don't receive my order?
Please check your spam folder.

I did not receive a download link, where is it?
Login to your Print Candee account to find your order history and downloads. You can download your files from there.

You should have also received a download link via email. If you did not, please check your spam folder and make sure your email settings enable emails to be received from Print Candee.

Payment:

How do you accept Payments?
We accept all payments via Paypal.

Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes, Paypal gives you the option to check out with your Credit Card.

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
You can purchases Gift Certificates from our Gift Certificates page. Simply enter the required information, as well as the desired certificate amount and add it to your cart. 

Technical & Troubleshooting

Can the products be resized to be larger once purchased?
We create all of our products quite large to begin with, but if you would like to go even larger, you can resize them to fit your need. However, you must remember that the larger you resize an image, the more resolution it will lose.

What file format are your products in?
The format of the file depends on the product. Please read each product description for details.

What is a .zip file?
A .zip file is a compressed file containing the main files. Zip files are used because they "compress" the size of the files, making uploading and downloading much faster.

How do I open a .zip file?

I did not receive a download link, where is it?
Login to your Print Candee account to find your order history and downloads. You can download your files from there.

You should have also received a download link via email. If you did not, please check your spam folder and make sure your email settings enable emails to be received from Print Candee.

I can't download my files, what should I do?
We advise customers to download files using Mozilla Firefox as their internet browser. It seems to give the least troubles when downloading files.

My download says it's empty/damaged/corrupt/password protected, what should I do?
Your product probably didn't download properly. Delete the zip file from your computer (emptying your recycle bin as well), clear your temporary internet files and try again.

I cannot open my files with word or powerpoint. What should I do?
